We entertained new funding proposals from the following companies:

• Integrated Reality Labs, commercially launching SLAP, its first multiplayer mobile game designed to get players off the couch so they can connect, compete, and go viral with real friends in the real world.
• Augmenteum, developing and selling patented, active optics that replace bulky lens systems with compact, solid-state imaging for drones and other precision devices.

We heard an update from Beacon Angels portfolio companies:

• Agile Devices, developing guidable catheters.

• We discussed updates on multiple funding rounds, by Series number:

Members provided an update on companies in due diligence:

• Edimembre, developing an edible membrane platform that delivers the industry’s first edible hollow-fiber bioreactors, initially targeting the global noodle and cultivated-meat food segments.
• Atlas Analytics, delivering real-time macroeconomic intelligence powered by satellite imagery and geospatial data to institutional investors and governmental organizations.
• Perceptive Health, developing a light-based imaging system for sale to enable dental practices to track disease progression over time.
